Overview
The Bēbee V3 and Nano V3 are both value-priced strollers built to work with a newborn, but they get there differently. The Bēbee V3 is birth-ready as sold; the Nano V3 needs its separate cocoon accessory or a compatible infant car seat for true newborn use.
Fold and portability
The Nano V3 is the lighter of the two at 13 lb against the Bēbee V3's 17.5 lb, and includes a travel satchel. Folded sizes are 23.8 × 19.8 × 10 in for the Bēbee V3 and 20 × 12 × 21 in for the Nano V3.
Comfort and ride
The Bēbee V3 has confirmed all-wheel suspension and a 15 lb basket, versus unconfirmed suspension and a smaller 11 lb basket for the Nano V3. The Nano V3's fabric sling seat does offer a genuine lie-flat position of its own.
Newborn use
Manufacturer lists usable from birth; follow the manual for the correct recline setting for newborns. The Nano V3 needs an extra step: Requires the separate Mountain Buggy cocoon accessory or a compatible infant car seat for newborn use; the seat itself is not newborn-ready alone.
Price
The Nano V3 is the more affordable of the two at around $175, against around $225 for the Bēbee V3 - though the Nano V3's cocoon accessory adds to that if you need it for a newborn.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the Bombi Gear Bēbee V3 if you want from-birth readiness with no extra accessory to buy, plus all-wheel suspension.
Choose the Mountain Buggy Nano V3 if the lowest weight and price matter most, and you're fine budgeting for the cocoon accessory if you need it.
