Overview
The YOYO³ has one of the longest track records of any ultra-compact stroller, and this listing is the 6-month-and-up seat configuration. Stokke’s “Soft Drive” wheel system and 4-wheel suspension using Hytrel elastomer technology are built to smooth out its small wheel size.
Design and comfort
The seat pad has a taller backrest and mesh strap protectors, and the extendable canopy is anti-UV with UPF 50+ protection, a peekaboo window and a closeable ventilation panel. The foldable handlebar is soft faux leather with a tether strap, and Stokke offers it in more than a dozen colorways.
Storage and fold
It folds to a small footprint with one hand and includes a 22 lb capacity basket plus a zipped back pocket - one of the roomier setups here - though a separate newborn pack bundle is required for birth use and isn’t ranked in this version.
Recognition, safety and warranty
The YOYO³ won Gold at the 2025 Junior Design Awards, is JPMA-certified, and comes with a 2-year warranty plus a 30-day at-home trial. Worth a quick check if you’re buying secondhand: Stokke ran a voluntary recall in November 2024 for a narrow range of YOYO³ units over a parking-brake defect - look up your serial number at recall.stokke.com/yoyo3 before use if the stroller is used or was purchased around that time.
